Kitchen Manager
Position Summary
Grillito Taqueria is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food preparation, training employees, scheduling, inventory, ordering, food cost control, portioning, and enforcing food safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills, restaurant management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and ServSafe certification are preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Line Cook
Position Summary
Grillito Taqueria is looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook to prepare fresh, authentic Mexican dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety. Responsibilities include preparing menu items to recipe specifications, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, monitoring food quality, stocking ingredients, and assisting with daily prep and closing duties. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, follows directions, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
